By purchasing this membership, the Member agrees to the following:
* Membership is billed monthly and renews automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy.
* Membership fees are **non-refundable and non-transferable** once the billing period has started.
* Membership provides **24/7 access to available shared hot-desk workspaces** at Catalyst Campus. A specific desk or workstation is not guaranteed.
* Membership is for the **registered Member only** and may not be shared or transferred to another person.
* Private offices, meeting rooms, business address services, printing, event spaces, and other paid services are **not included** unless specifically stated or separately purchased.
* Members must comply with Catalyst Campus house rules, security procedures, access requirements, and reasonable instructions from management.
* Members are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings. Catalyst Campus is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
* Members must use the premises in a professional manner and must not engage in unlawful, disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate activity.
* Access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, misuse of the premises, breach of these terms, or serious/repeated violation of Catalyst Campus policies.
* Any access card or credential issued remains for the Member’s use only and must not be shared.
* Catalyst Campus may occasionally restrict access to particular areas due to maintenance, private events, emergencies, safety requirements, or other operational needs.
* By completing registration and payment, the Member confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
